About Rudolf Molleker

Saisai Zheng was born on 5 February 1994 in Xi’an, China. She received her career-high ranking of world number 34 on 11 July 2016 and number 15 in the doubles ranking.

Throughout her tennis career, she has won one WTA singles title, and four WTA doubles titles and reached the 2019 French Open doubles finals with compatriot Duan Yingying. Additionally, Zheng has bagged three singles and three doubles titles in the WTA 125K series and 12 singles and nine doubles in the ITF Circuit.

Tennis Influences

Zheng gained interest in tennis when she was only eight years old. Her mother used to work at a tennis academy, and that’s what inspired her. She grew up idolizing Justine Henin - one of the best tennis players in history.

Zheng is nicknamed ‘Jaguar’ because of her powerful footwork and defence tactics. Of all the tournaments, her favourite one is the Australian Open and Wimbledon. She made her first appearance at the ITF/Qian Shan-CHN in 2008 and won her first ITF Circuit singles title in 2009. Zheng’s current coach is Alan Ma.

Hobbies and Interests of Zheng

If Zheng is not busy with her training sessions, she enjoys doing other activities like learning a new skill, cooking, reading and watching TV. She loves to go on walks and play with Yuanbao, her pet dog. In fact, she’s planning on opening a dog cafe.

Zheng’s goals are to win the Grand Slam and reach the top 30 in her career ranking. Her relationship status is private at the moment.
